Ingredients

2 Salmon Filets
(See Rynoz Fish Marinade)

1/2 Box Angel-Hair Pasta

2 Cups Fresh Spinach

1 Lemon

1/2 Cup Butter

Salt/pepper to taste

1 Tbsp Rynoz Rub

Directions

Marinade Salmon for 30 minutes. In preheated oven bake salmon at 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes.  Meanwhile, in medium pot bring water to boil, add noodles for 5 minutes.  Drain.  In another medium Skillet heat spinach on medium/low heat for 5-7 minutes. Add noodles to medium Skillet and add Rynoz Butter sauce (1/2 cup butter, juice from ½ lemon and 1 tbsp Rynoz Rub). Add couple pinches of salt and pepper. Heat on low for 2-3 minutes until sauce evenly distributed throughout spinach and noodles. Add to plate and top with Salmon. Slice ¼ lemon. Enjoy!
