1/2 Cup Egg Beaters Whites
2 Large Eggs
1/2 Cup Ham Cubed
2 Tbsp Onion Chopped
3 Tbsp Green Pepper
3 Tbsp Red Pepper
3 Tbsp Portabella Mushrooms Chopped
¼ Cup Fresh Spinach
3 small Broccoli pieces chopped
¼ Cup Cheddar Cheese
Salt/Pepper to taste
1 Tbsp Rynoz Rub


Melt butter in nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add ham, onion, red and green pepper, mushrooms, spinach, and broccoli. Cook for 5-7 minutes stirring frequently. Sprinkle with salt/pepper and Rynoz Rub. Reduce heat to medium low. In small bowl whisk eggs, Egg Beaters Whites and Rynoz Rub. Add to skillet.  Heat on Medium for 5-7 minutes. Top with cheddar cheese. Salt/Pepper to taste.  Enjoy!
