Ingredients

Romaine Lettuce
Boneless Chicken Breasts
2 Tbsp Shredded Parmesan Cheese

Directions

Marinade Chicken for 30 minutes (See Rynoz Chicken Marinade). Break apart Lettuce into medium size pieces. Grill Chicken until internal temp reaches 165 degrees. Let Chicken rest for 5 minutes. Slice into strips. Place on top of lettuce. Add Shredded Parmesan and Rhino’s Croutons. Serve with side of Rynoz Caesar Dressing

 

Rynoz Caesar Dressing

Ingredients

½ Cup Light Mayonnaise
¼ Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
4 Tbsp Fresh Lemon Juice
tsp Olive Oil
tsp Worcestershire Sauce
tsp Rynoz Rub

Directions

In small bowl, mix ingredients. Cover and place in fridge for 5-10 minutes.

 

Rhino’s Croutons

Ingredients

Slice of Whole Wheat Bread
¼ Cup Butter
tsp Rynoz Rub

Directions

Preheat oven to 350. Cut Bread into small cubes. In small bowl add butter and Rynoz Rub. Heat in microwave for 20-30 seconds. Stir. Drizzle onto bread pieces. Heat in oven for 15-20 minutes or until hardened.
