Rack of Lamb

Tsp Thyme

Tsp Rosemary

2 Tbsp Red Wine

Tsp Salt

2 Tbsp Olive Oil

Rynoz Lamb Marinade (See Recipe)



Add Salt to Lamb. Let rest for 5 minutes. In small bowl mix 2 Tbsp Red Wine, Thyme, Rosemary and Rynoz Marinade. In large Ziploc bag add mixture and Lamb. Marinade for at least 1 hour. Preheat oven at 325 degrees. In skillet heat oil on medium/high heat, add lamb and heat for 2 minutes per side. In oven safe dish add lamb and place in oven (fat side up) for 10-15 minutes.*Note: Ensure Lamb is slightly above room temperature prior to Cooking. Let meat rest for 10 minutes. Enjoy!
