Ingredients

Rack of Pork or Beef Ribs

2 Tbsp Salt

1 Cup Pineapple Juice

1/4 Cup Brown Sugar

2 Tbsp Chili Powder

2 Tbsp Paprika

2 Tbsp Vinegar

2 Tbsp Rynoz Rub

1 Cup Rynoz BBQ sauce (See Recipe) or Sweet Baby Rays

Directions

Rub salt thoroughly onto Ribs. In small bowl mix Rynoz Rub, Brown Sugar, Chili Powder, Paprika and Vinegar. Rub mix onto Ribs. Add Pineapple Juice to Roasting Pan. Place Ribs in Pan. Cover with aluminum foil and tent at top. Cook in preheated oven at 275 for 2.5 hours.  Remove from oven, increase Oven/Grill temp to 375, brush on BBQ sauce and Heat uncovered for an additional 15 minutes. Remove, brush on more BBQ sauce and let rest for 20 minutes. Enjoy!
