Ingredients

Large Salmon Filet

1/2 Cup Lobster Meat

1/2 Cup Lump Crab Meat

¼ Cup Bread Crumbs

1 Lemon

Rynoz Fish Marinade (See Recipe)


Directions

In small bowl combine Lobster, Crab, Bread Crumbs, Egg, and Juice from ½ Lemon. On Oven safe dish lay Salmon skin down (after applying Rynoz Rub Marinade), slice lengthwise a 4 inch long slit that is ¼ inch deep down the center of Salmon, scoop lobster/crab mix and stuff into insertion. Cook in Preheated oven at 400 for 30 minutes. Squeeze remaining Lemon onto Salmon. Enjoy!

In Bowl, Mix 2 Tbsp Rynoz Rub, ¼ cup Olive Oil, and Juice from ½ Lemon or Lime (include Zest for added flavor). Add Chicken, Turkey, Hen, Duck or Fish and marinade for 30 minutes. Enjoy!
